• Client's personal information is treated as confidential. Except as otherwise stated in this policy or as required or permitted by law, personal information is used only for the primary purposes for which it is collected.

• Except as stated in this policy, Client's personal information is not disclosed to others without Client's prior agreement or as Client would reasonably expect unless we are legally bound to do so, or in emergency circumstances.

• Client's personal information in the database is accessible in printed form to clients at their request.

• Client's health details may be disclosed to emergency personnel in cases of emergency.

• Soul Transcendence Reports are stored safely and accessible only to Adam Davis.

• Database files are password protected. Database files on the Web will be protected from misuse and unauthorized access in appropriate ways.

• Data files stored will be kept up to date with new information you provide to us.
